Finding Christmas

December is already here,
Take time to stop rushing
And spread Christmas Cheer!

It takes just one voice ringing,
To help others join in singing...

"FALL BACK"

November and Autumn - a chance to set our clocks back and enjoy a new season. As Albert Camus noted "Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower."

It is a good month to enjoy and re-group before winter. It is a good month to enjoy our harvest and a time to gather together to be Thankful.

It is a good time to think about "counting your blessings" - such simple things as a heated home on a cool November night; a reading lamp and a good book with a w
arm cup of cocoa.

It is a good month to be thankful for our office coworkers & a great office atmosphere.

It is a good month to be thankful for family and friends. We are thankful for the opportunity to have our patients as friends and we hope to make each of you feel welcome here!

Things Are Not Always What They Seem!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Birthday Bash (or why Dr. Evans loves the color orange)!

The month of October is a favorite with crunchy colorful leaves, sunny afternoons and crisp evenings. We like it even more around the office because of this:

A chance to celebrate Dr. Evans' birthday and all things orange. Some things that happened on his birthday:

A fiery cake! Maybe we should begin a contest called "Count the Candles"... or maybe not.

Does the amount of smoke correlate to the number of wishes granted?

**Whew** that was close. This looks good - a near perfect wax impression...just a little scaling and we can eat this puppy.

Pre-op and Post-op. No checking our waistbands.

An orange present wrapped in an or
ange bag...can life get any better?

That was some party...no animals were hurt during filming. As always, Dr. Evans was a good sport and made sure everyone had a good day. He always follows this advice from T.S. Eliot:

"The years between fifty and seventy are t
he hardest. You are always being asked to do things, and yet you are not decrepit enough to turn them down."

We are glad that the "old guy" never runs out of ener
gy, kindness and excellent care each work day. We share the sentiments of our patients, like Harrison, who feel the same way:

We know the best part of your birthday was visiting your grandchildren, however, we still wanted to to remind you that: "Age is strictly a case of mind over matter, if you don't mind, it doesn't matter." Jack Benny

The End.

生日快乐

A Tooth Fairy Tale

Jane knows that losing teeth can be a traumatic experience - this is a truism no matter what age you are. Luckily, a tooth fairy can sometimes be found disguised as a dentist. We would love to wave our magic wand, and **poof** make all your dental dreams come true. Unfortunately, we understand that a simple wave is not possible and that patients can become "anoyd" with some procedures.
However, today's cosmetic and restorative dental procedures come very close to a magic wand. Often a tooth that seems to be on the road to "lost" can be restored during a single visit with a simple composite filling or an in-house crown. Dr. Evans, aka. the tooth fairy, can further provide a choice of bridgework, dental implants, veneers or other replacements for teeth.
So if you have a little loose tooth, we promise to try our best in sprinkling our office with that good old magic fairy dust and have everyone believe in our "grat" dentist!
By the way, check out this video and let us know if the Beach Boys are singing about a "Little Loose Tooth, You Don't Know What I've Lost"!

Summer Memories

Ahhhh...summer...relaxing days...long afternoons spending time pursuing hobbies. As many of you know, Dr. Evans, in his spare time, is a fisherman of unparalleled magnitude.

Thus, we dedicate this video to him and his pursuit of fishing excellence.

**A note to all "Fisherman Friends" please feel free to share any "Fishing with Dr. Evans" experiences**

A DAY AT THE DENTIST

As mentioned in a previous post, summer is a great time for children to visit us. Dr. Evans makes even the most skeptical young patients become believers:

Is this child thinking: "Can I really trust this guy?"

"Why does he keep looking at my teeth?"

"Good one, Dr. Evans, good one."

I think I may have seen this at "Cirque Du Soleil"

"Hey, not bad, Dr. E-man, not bad."

"OK, now how can a guy fully check himself out with this tiny thing?"

"Hmmm....I think he just might know what he is doing after all."

"I get this, I can do this, I'm down with it."

"Motors...I love anything with a motor! Brrroooom."

"Guess the big guy needed my help...no problemo."

"Ok,..kindergarten...school lunch...the prom...dental school...yup, I'm good."

"Hey Doc, we make quite a team, don't we?"

"Come back in six months? I'M THERE!"

"score!"
