- Dr. Evans graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in 1989 and completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah School of Medicine the following year and has enjoyed private practice ever since. We utilize lasers (Biolase) and CAD/CAM (CEREC) technologies in our practice for patient comfort and convenience. Ask us how we can help you.
