It may seem to take courage to visit the dentist, but on the other hand (no pun intended) think about what it takes to begin an exam for a first time patient. For example:



Guess you could say there is a little fear in all of us on both sides of the dental chair - mixing mouths & fingers can cause concern. However, we promise to try and make your visit here very stress free....be it a first visit, adult or child, or a routine checkup. Now all you have to promise is...not to bite our fingers, even if your name is Charlie.
