Gaining Wisdom

Our office is brimming with brains this week. Our staff watched five of their own children graduate from high school. It is a time of reflection, relief and refusal to admit that they (and we) are getting older! This will be a busy summer as we prepare for the future phase of college. One item on the list is taking care of dental needs. Summer is a good time to schedule all students for a check-up and cleaning. If you have college age children, consider checking wisdom teeth status. Dr. Evans can help determine extraction needs, i.e. are teeth emerging correctly, will wisdom teeth crowd or affect existing teeth, will gums become inflamed or painful as teeth erupt and re-erupt? Getting wisdom teeth evaluated and resolved is a good summer project. As far as helping parents cope with college-bound teenagers, well, we all are still grappling with that question.
Congratulations Class of 2010!
